If you have experience with at least three of the below:
- Delivery of training courses in Cisco Finesse, Avaya or Genesys products
- Certification and Delivery of Microsoft Training courses for business and technical end users
- Contact Center Operations and Analytics
- Microsoft SQL Server Data Marts
- NoSQL technologies (Probably one of MongoDB, CouchDB / AvanceDB, or Cassandra)
- Agent and Supervisor training in multi-channel contact centre environments
- Design and Delivery of Knoweldge Management systems
